Delivery Information

 

Store Pickup and Local Delivery

Due to the current floods access to stock is limited therefore we have turned off our Online Store. Our shop is still open on Lindsay Road.

During checkout, you will be asked to enter either Email Address or Mobile Number (this will be used to send order and delivery notifications) along with your Shipping Address.

Click Continue to Shipping button and you will be asked to select either Store Pickup or Local Delivery, followed by Date and Time selector.

  • Store Pickup is FREE service. Currently our order preparation time is 4 hours from receiving the order. You will receive an auto-notification after the order has been picked, packed and is ready for earliest pickup.
  • Local Delivery option is currently ONLY available to customers within QLD postcode 4556 and 4557 for a low fee of $5.50 per delivery. This amount is automatically added to your order total. 
  • Delivery orders must be placed before 11am for same day delivery.
  • There is a $20 order minimum for local delivery option. No minimum for store pick up orders.

Schedule

Store Pickup is available 7 days per week.

Local Deliveries are currently available on following times:

  1. Tuesday - between 12.30 - 4pm
  2. Wednesday - between 12.30 - 4pm
  3. Friday - between 12.30 - 4pm

Delivery Process

  1. Delivery person will ring your doorbell.
  2. Order will be placed on your doorstep to ensure contactless transaction. Due to current regulations, we are unable to deliver to your e.g. kitchen bench. 

Not at Home

We are delivering Fresh Produce and ask that someone will be at home to receive the delivery. In the unfortunate situation that nobody is at home and we haven't been advised otherwise (e.g. note on the door), we will take the delivery back to our Buderim store and you will be able to pick it up after 4pm on the same day. 

If an unforeseen event pops up and you need to reschedule your order delivery, please call our store on 5445 3100, we'll be happy to help you.

 

Replacement and Substitution Policy

At times, we will run out of stock. In the first instance we will try to substitute, and if not possible, then we'll refund the item.

We will always aim to give you a call to discuss alternatives but in busy periods, this might not happen as we're fulfilling orders in a very narrow timeframe.

 

Not happy with products?

Our order pickers are selecting only the very best and freshest produce for you, but if we somehow fail on our quality or delivery promise, then please get in touch with us for a refund or a replacement.
